The JSAEC is a newly created student organization at East Carolina University
Our Mission
The purpose of this Society shall be to inform and aid students who come from Japan or of Japanese descent, before and during
their attendance at ECU, of the available resources at the university, in Greenville, and in North Carolina.

Becoming a Member
Any current or former ECU student, whether full-time, part-time, or on an exchange program shall be eligible for membership,
provided that such person requests membership verbally or in writing to the president and the faculty advisor of JSAEC.

Ms. Tomoko Kato is the newly elected President of JSAEC for the 2007-08 academic year.
